Who We Are

CVEP is led by a board of successful, high-profile business leaders from a cross-section of regional industries, civic leaders of the nine cities in the Coachella Valley, and Riverside County, educators, and representatives from the Cahuilla Indian Tribes, who have become a major economic force. This dynamic organization will explore regional issues and strategies related to the area's economy, workforce training needs, and the relationship between business and education in the Coachella Valley.

Our Mission

Utilizing a seasoned team of investors, community leaders, consultants and staff, CVEP will market, facilitate and provide economic information to its clients, investors and community for additional economic opportunities for all residents and businesses. We will recognize and celebrate individual community economic identity, competition and interests through our values of relationship building, shared vision and ethics.

Partnership Initiatives

• Implement a marketing program that entices businesses recruitment to the Coachella Valley as a business location or expansion.
• Assist in the coordination and development of Career Pathways and workforce development.
• Participate in efforts related to the restoration of the Salton Sea.
