Over the years, with the help of our investors, community leaders, consultants and staff, CVEP has established and maintained a number of Valley-wide initiatives that have helped to retain and expand businesses and to improve the overall quality of the workforce.

The Coachella Valley Economic Blueprint
An actionable, consensus and forward-thinking strategy to become competitive for the high-value jobs being created in the new economy. The Blueprint strategy focuses on four primary goal areas: regionalism, economic diversification, workforce excellence and quality of place. In addition, targeted business sectors have been identified: Healthcare & Life Science, Clean Technology/Energy, Supply Chain Management/Logistics, and Creative Arts & Design.
