*Executive/Board Meetings: 3rd Wednesday every month, at 7:30 a.m. (Executive Meeting at 7:30 / Board Meeting at 8:00) at 73-710 Fred Waring Drive, Suite 119. *Board members who arrive early are to meet in room 115.

* Investor’s Luncheon Meeting:  4^th Thursday (every other month beginning January 2009), at 11:45am-1:00pm, at Rattlesnake 75200 N Star Resort Pkwy Palm Desert, CA 92211.

* Legislative Committee Meeting:  3rd Friday of each month at 7:30 a.m. at 73-710 Fred Waring Drive, Suite 115, Palm Desert, California.

* Marketing Committee Meeting:  1^st Wednesday of each month at 8:00 a.m. at 73-710 Fred Waring Drive, Suite 115, Palm Desert, California.·      

* Eastern Region Workforce Development Meeting:  Every other month-beginning in January from 11:00am to 2:00pm 73-710 Fred Waring Drive, Suite 115, Palm Desert, California. 2009:  01/26, 03/23, 05/26, 07/27, 09/28, 11/23.·      

* Finance Committee Meeting:  2^nd Tuesday of each month at 8:00am at 73-710 Fred Waring Drive-(CVEP Office), Palm Desert, California.

* Investor Relations sub-committee Meeting:  3^rd Wednesday of each month at 4:00pm at 73-710 Fred Waring Drive (CVEP Office), Palm Desert, California.

* Coachella Valley Economic Blueprint-Steering Committee meetings:  Six meetings:  02/11, 03/18, 04/22, 05/20, 06/24, and 07/20. February Meeting held from 12:00-2:00pm and all other meetings held from 4:00-6:00pm at UCR Palm Desert Graduate Center Campus.
