Ezekiel Bonillas

Ezekiel has a versatile entrepreneurial background in banking, consulting, and economic development.

As the founder of Prospera Business Consulting, he advised small business owners as they navigated the great recession and has consulted businesses in the U.S., Mexico, and France through startups, acquisitions, and expansions. He joined Coachella Valley Economic Partnership as VP of Entrepreneurship and director of the Small Business Development Center, developing innovative programs to serve minority-owned enterprises. Ezekiel has also served as Director of Economic Development for the 29 Palms Band of Mission Indians, leading the tribe’s efforts to diversify economic holdings and improve operational efficiencies. He is currently an adjunct professor at California State University San Bernardino’s School of Entrepreneurship.

Ezekiel holds an MBA in Entrepreneurial Management from CSUSB and is pursuing a Doctorate degree from Case Western Reserve University. His research focuses on Latino entrepreneurship. He is a fellow at the Fowler Center for Business as an Agent of World Benefit at the Weatherhead School of Management.

E. Ted Daniels

Ted has enjoyed a long career as a C-Level executive in various organizations. He specializes in crisis management, raising capital and corporate turn arounds. He raised $16M in investment capital over 8 years and grew sales from $0 to $3.5M as President and CEO of an emerging software company. He has developed strategic alliances with such major corporations as Xerox, Konica, Sharp, Panasonic, Canon and Ikon. He founded his own consulting firm, E. Ted Daniels Associates, and developed a team of more than 20 consultants on the way to annual profitability of $1.5M.

Ted is a graduate of Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.

Kathleen McEntee

Kathleen McEntee is the owner of Kathleen McEntee and Associates, Ltd., a full service marketing firm. Prior to starting her business 15 years ago, Kathleen held senior level sales, marketing and operations positions in Fortune 100, corporate and privately held organizations. With experience in consumer products, distribution and health care, she brings more than 30 years of measurable achievement and leadership to client engagements.

Kathleen is a co-author of Being in Business Is a Funny Thing – Getting Out is Not!, a book focused on business growth and transition for business owners and entrepreneurs and the eBook, The Sales Manager’s Guide to Hunting and Farming. Kathleen earned a Bachelor of Business degree in Marketing, and Computer Science from Western Illinois University. She has also completed professional development programs that include the Strategic Coach Master’s Program, Abbot Laboratories Executive Leadership Development Program, Cardinal Health Executive Leadership Program and Leadership Coachella Valley.
