- 8:30 a.m. Guest speakers: Lorraine Garcia from CVWD (Coachella Valley Water District) and Xochitl Peña from DWA (Desert Water Agency). Lorraine and Xochitl, on behalf of CV Water Counts, will be giving a presentation about where our water comes from and the need to conserve our natural resources.
